The parasites infect the entire crew and turn them into vampires, causing the alien ship to crash on Earth, in the territory of the future Zagros Mountains. After the crash, the surviving vampires go into hibernation for millennia. | |
The war between the Akkadians and the Gutians awakens the vampires underground from hibernation. Thanks to the eclipse, the vampires emerge to the surface and slaughter people, as well as infect one, before going back underground. | |
