Reflection is the first chapter of Act 3 in The Devil in Me and the thirty-first overall.

The player controls Mark as he escapes from being tied up. If Mark was not caught in Workshop, it is a cutscene and has no gameplay.

Glass Trap

Note: This segment is skipped if Jamie was killed by Du'Met before the glass trap in Director's Suite.

• If the wall was sent toward whoever had the screwdriver, they are seen struggling with the screwdriver pointed toward the wall until the glass shatters. Jamie and Kate then reconvene, with the two either embracing (if Kate did not beg Jamie to spare her), Kate pushing Jamie away (if Kate begged Jamie to spare her and Jamie pressed the button), or Jamie being sarcastic toward Kate (if Kate begged Jamie to spare her and Jamie did not press the button).
  • If Erin is alive, she enters and asks what happened.
• If the wall was sent toward the character without the screwdriver, she is shown crushed to death, and the surviving character looks at her corpse through the glass.
  • If Erin is alive, she enters and is shocked by the sight of the corpse.

The surviving character(s) exit the chamber and see Du'Met. They scream and run away.

Basement

Note: This segment is skipped if Mark was not caught by Du'Met in Workshop.

Mark wakes up in the basement tied to a beam.

• If he did not lose his camera at the start of Workshop, it is shown broken on the floor next to him.

He must complete a QTE to escape. After completing the QTE or failing it twice, he pulls the beam apart and stands up. He tries the door to the room and finds it locked before noticing a vent nearby. He opens the vent and crawls in.

Swimming Pool

Mark is seen kicking the other end of the vent open and crawling outside. He finds himself in the pool area of the hotel.

Trivia

• This, The Ancient One, Semper Fi, and Ignition are the only chapters in the anthology that can either be playable or a cutscene depending on past choices.
