Pursued is the third chapter of Act 2 in Little Hope and the fourteenth overall.
The player controls Taylor and Daniel and Andrew (Theatrical Cut) and Daniel and Taylor (Curator's Cut) as they are pursued by another monstrous threat and meet up with the others.
Main Road, 1:47 A.M.[]
Daniel and Taylor leave the museum. Daniel says that they were lucky to go out on the road and that the others are close, to which Taylor agrees. Along the way, the couple can find:
- A picture.
- A massacre memorial.
- Tilly's house. The couple comments that even the writer didn't have a happy ending here.
- Little Hope Tourism Office, next to which is a foreclosure sign.
- A sign of an execution site. As they walk along the trail, the group hears Carver's voice accusing someone of witchcraft.
After passing through the destroyed section of the road, the couple finds a tire swing.
- If Tanya was hanged in the prologue, the tire swing hangs from the tree.
- If Tanya was burned, the charred tire swing lies among the traffic cones.
When Taylor sees a tire swing, she goes into hysterics as she painted the tire with stars with her father when she was ten, while Daniel calms her down. The couple hears a sound behind them and, turning to its source, encounters Mary, who grabs them.
The couple find themselves at Tabitha's execution. She begs them for help and Carver, not seeing Daniel and Taylor, tells her to hush. Tabitha tries to explain that the poppet of which she is accused of is just a child's toy. Carver does not believe her and says that the town must be cleared of sickness and Tabitha must die while Daniel covers Taylor so that she does not see her death.
- If Tanya was hanged, a noose is tied around Tabitha's neck and Isaac hangs her.
- If Tanya was burned, Tabitha is tied to the fire and burned while screaming.
Execution Site, 1:54 A.M.[]
A horrified Taylor panics, believing that she is next, but Daniel calms her down, saying that he won't let anything bad happen to her. He suggests that they go to the church, where the others might be, and the couple goes out on the road again. Approaching the cars, the couple notices that they are being followed. They turn to chase away their pursuer, but are horrified when it turns out to be the Hanged/Burned Demon. They can choose to run or hide.
- If the couple decides to hide, they run to a car and hide behind it, causing a Keep Calm segment to occur.
- If one of them fails the Keep Calm segment, the demon notices them and they continue as if they chose to run. If the person who failed it took the knife earlier, when the couple starts to run away, the knife fall out of that person's pocket.
- If the couple completes the Keep Calm segment, the demon won't notice them, but the couple continues as if they chose to run.
While running from the demon, Daniel can complete a QTE to push over a barricade that gives Taylor an extra QTE and decreases their relationship. After that they must complete several more QTEs while climbing over cars and jumping over cracks. If one fails a QTE, they stumble and the other protagonist can choose to help them (increasing their relationship) or continue to run (decreasing it).
Regardless of how many QTEs were failed, Daniel and Taylor make it past the obstacles and continue to run along the road while the demon follows them.
Church Path, 1:57 A.M.[]
Andrew and John make their way to the church, hearing Taylor's screams along the way. Turning around, they see her and Daniel running away from the Hanged/Burned Demon. The group starts running towards the church and Andrew runs into Vince. They reach the doorstep of the church and start screaming for Vince to run away, but he pays no attention to either them or the demon.
Taylor can either run inside the church or warn Vince.
- In Curator's Cut, Vince calls the police if Taylor flees or does nothing, and not if she warns him. Outside of Curator's Cut, this decision affects nothing.
If Andrew found the gun and the game mode isn't Curator's Cut, he pulls it out and aim at the demon.
- If Andrew fires, the shot scares and angers Vince.
- If Taylor warned Vince, she is startled by the sound.
- If Andrew doesn't fire, he puts away the gun and shouts at Vince to hurry up.
The group enters the church.

- Tilly Johnson's House - Can be found in a clearing to the right of the main road.
- Commencement Day Massacre - Can be found inscribed on a rock to the left of the main road. The wooden plank in front of it must be pushed aside.
- Execution Site - Can be found up a path to the left of the main road before the road construction.

- If Tanya's neck was snapped by her scarf in Family, Tabitha is hanged.
- If Tanya was burned in Family, Tabitha is burned at the stake.
Trivia[]
- This is the only chapter in which the protagonists can't be killed by the demon while it actively tries to kill them. Failing the QTEs during the chase sequence only results in extra choices that change Daniel and Taylor's relationship.
- The timestamp at 1:57 A.M. is only visible in Theatrical Cut, as there is no character switch outside the church in Curator's Cut.
