Party is the fifth chapter of Act 2 in The Devil in Me and the eighteenth overall.

The player controls Jamie as she is separated from Charlie and stumbles upon the hotel lounge. This chapter is exclusive to the Curator's Cut.

Kitchen Corridor, 11:03 P.M.

As Jamie looks around the freezer, one of the doors opens, and she goes through it to see an automatic door across the room starting to close. She runs toward it but fails to reach it in time, and the freezer door she came through closes behind her. She can explore the corridors she is in to find the door to the lounge, which needs a key, before entering the staff room. In the staff room Jamie can find:

• A corkboard with the snake oil poster. Moving the camera allows Jamie to find a sticky note that says Dr. K has the safe code.
• Lucinda Munday Medical Report.
• A safe with a number pad. The code to open it is 1916, and inside is the Funeral Invitation.
• A paper next to the safe with a mug on it. Moving the mug reveals the text to be "1573 STOP LEAVING THE CODES EVERYWHERE!"
  • If Jamie tries this code on the safe, it doesn't work and she remarks that she could have sworn that was it.
• A closet door. Opening it causes a mannequin inside to fall on top of Jamie, and she kicks it in anger and surprise. Inside the closet is the lounge key.

After obtaining the key, Jamie can unlock the door to the lounge. In the hallway outside the lounge she can find a plaque dedicating the lounge to Dr. K in 1916 and a painting of lounge-goers. Upon opening the door to the lounge, Jamie finds the room full of mannequins posed similarly to the people in the painting, and apologizes for being a party crasher. She can explore and view:

• The mannequin on the couch. Doing so can give a view of the three mannequins standing next to the fireplace.
• A 5 obol coin in the corner.
• The mannequin in the chair. Upon noticing a hole in the chair, Jamie can either put her finger in or use her screwdriver. Using her screwdriver results in spikes coming up from the chair and impaling the mannequin across its body, startling her. Regardless of what she does, the mannequin then leans forward and begins screaming at her in a shrill, high-pitched voice, and the other mannequins in the room follow suit. Jamie yells at them to stop and they suddenly do, prompting Jamie to insist that they are not listening to her in disbelief.

Eventually Jamie goes through the double doors in the lounge and enter a small room with a projector and microphone in the center of the room. Turning the projector on progresses the scene.

A screen comes down from the ceiling in front of the exit and the projector turns on, with the double doors closing behind Jamie. The screen displays grainy footage of Erin looking around the Silver Ash Institute. Jamie notices a pad of paper on the projector that reads "Make her hide in the cupboard or I will kill her." Jamie uses the microphone to contact Erin, telling her she isn't safe and to listen to her. As she does so, a short clip of Du'Met flashes on the screen, and Jamie starts to worry. Jamie can either tell Erin to hide in the cupboard or run. Regardless, the lights in the Silver Ash Institute turn off, and the video feed cuts out before Jamie can see what happened. The projector turns off and the screen rolls back up into the ceiling. Jamie goes through the door behind the screen and hears Kate and Mark talking from the restaurant as she approaches the door.
