Nick and Rachel is a romantic relationship in The Dark Pictures Anthology's third installment, House of Ashes.
Overview[]
Nick and Rachel began an affair a couple weeks before the events of the game desiring to comfort each other, Rachel after a strained relationship with Eric and Nick after grieving over an incident at a checkpoint. The couple hides their love from Eric, which saddens Nick, who doesn't see the point of it giving Rachel has been separated from her husband for about a year.
Nick and Rachel have little time to talk as they are in different groups or under attack by vampires. Nevertheless, their outcome depends on Rachel's relationship with Eric and how she felt about their own relationship. When Rachel manages to find time to talk to her lovers, she either go back to her husband, dump Eric for Nick, or dump Nick as well.
