The Lower Deck is the bottom floor located inside the SS Ourang Medan. There are located most of the garages where the military cars were stored. It was the ship's core, since most of the important mechanisms required by it were found just there.

- Conrad is the only protagonist not to step on the area while being on the player's hands, although the entire group of both protagonists and antagonists (including him) pass through the upper part of Cargo Hold 3, which technically belongs on the same area.
- Despite not stepping the lower deck while being alive, he can do so while being dead if he falls on top of the funnel in Glamor Girl while escaping from the Sailor Girl.
