Little Hope Cemetery is a location in The Dark Pictures Anthology's second installment, Little Hope.
Description[]
The cemetery is located near the bridge (the protagonists reached it in five minutes). It's surrounded by a fence and is quite large, looking like a maze - there are many trails, illuminated by lanterns and surrounded by heavily grown bushes and trees. There are many graves in the cemetery, some of which belong to Clarke family (Anne Clarke, James T. Clarke, Tanya A. Clarke, Megan R. Clarke and Dennis F. Clarke), as well as Abraham Alastor, Isaac Worel, and Thomas Wyman.
Little Hope[]
1972[]
The funeral of the deceased Clarke family members is held at the cemetery at the end of the prologue. Among those present are Carson, reciting a prayer, Vince, mourning the death of his girlfriend, and an unknown person from whose perspective the scene is shown. As it turns out later in The End, the scene was from the Anthony's perspective, who survived the fire and mourned his family.
2019[]
Andrew, John, and Angela (if alive) stumble upon the cemetery after fleeing from the Drowned Demon who attacked them on the bridge. After calming down and discussing what happened (the demon's appearance or Angela's death), the group finds a way out of the cemetery and leaves it, while someone follows them.
Trivia[]
- Vince takes care of Tanya's grave and puts flowers there.
- Among the graves of the Clarke family members, Anthony's grave isn't seen. This hints that Anthony didn't die and he survived the fire.
