Kate and Mark is a complicated relationship in The Dark Pictures Anthology's fourth installment, The Devil in Me.
Overview[]
Kate and Mark have a complex relationship, being both co-workers and exes. They get along very well but prefer to talk about work as their past love is a heavy topic for both of them. The two recently broke up at Mark's initiative but still have feelings for each other although hesitate to reconcile for fear of repeating a failed relationship.
Left alone, Kate and Mark discuss their relationship and can either leave it alone or give it a second chance. Nevertheless, their interactions in the game afterwards are always the same even if they don't reunite, with the two still showing a strong concern for each other.
