The Iraqi Patrol is a group of Iraqi soldiers that work under the orders of Saddam Hussein. Led by former Iraqi Republican Guard Captain Dar, the soldiers wear green uniforms and use common firearms like AKM and Berreta pistols. Dar also carries a rocket launcher used for taking down air forces. It consists of Salim, Dar, and several other unnamed Iraqi soldiers. The patrol ambushes the Americans, including Mailman 2-1, in the Zagros Mountains. Salim is the only character from the group that is able to survive the events of the game.

- While Salim and Dar are former Republican Guards, with the organization having disbanded before the events of the game, it is unclear if the unnamed soldiers are as well or if they are local forces.
