Fallen is a black picture in House of Ashes. It can be found by Eric in the sand caverns. This picture appears in Pazuzu.
Overview[]

Premonition[]
Eric plunges into the chasm, causing Rachel to fall while Eric is impaled on a stalagmite.
Outcome[]
The premonition can be fulfilled in Breaking Up. While trying to escape Dar, Rachel falls into the chasm. Eric also finds himself slowly dragged down after Rachel due to being attached to her with a rope. Eric may die under one of the conditions:
- If Eric didn't cut the rope the first time and the couple alerted Dar, the latter will arrive and fire at Eric. If Eric fails QTEs to dodge or he refuses to cut the rope for the second time, Dar will shoot Eric, after which his body will fall into the chasm with Rachel. Eric is then impaled on a stalagmite while Rachel breaks free from the rope.
- If the couple didn't alert Dar, Eric refused to cut the rope both times and Nick and Jason were slowed down (either by Merwin or a vampire), he will be dragged into the chasm and be impaled on the stalagmite.

The picture can be found in the end of the passageway to the right before entering the temple area.
Trivia[]
- This premonition's particular variation has Eric getting impaled on a stalagmite after being shot by Dar.
- Fallen shows the death of the only protagonist who can find it, making it similar to the death totems from Until Dawn.
