The timestamp of the chapter Glamor Girl, 2:44 AM, is impossible given that it takes place after the chapter Ritual, which occurs at 2:48 AM.
If Conrad died in Glamor Girl while Brad and Fliss are alive, Brad will suggest he and Fliss both chased Conrad even if Brad was not there due to not finding the gas mask.
If Fliss got fresh air in Ritual, but Brad did not find the gas mask, Fliss will later scold Brad in Open Deck for almost killing her even if Brad didn't pick up the spanner and was therefore unable to kill her.
Fliss doesn't use the Ourang Medan's radio to contact the coastguard if she survives until Distress Signal, despite having a possible dialogue where she can suggest doing so in Trapped.

Despite being abandoned for over 72 years in the middle of the Pacific, most of the lights on the SS Ourang Medan still work, there is enough power for a functional radio, and the engine fuel is still usable.
When inspecting the Catering Staff Schedule, Alex will mention the quote "Hey, according to this, today is beef casserole," implying June 21, 2019 to take place on a Sunday, despite actually taking place on a Friday.
Despite being gold trophies, the "Learning to work together", "Going it alone", and "Not a sole survivor" trophies don't have golden books as their icons.

The Guard Duty Roster secret is meant to be the Guard Duty Schedule based on its name and description, not the sheet and clipboard the secret is currently assigned to.
While reading the engineer's logbook, Conrad's flashlight can phase through it.
Warning Brad in An Escape (as Fliss was captured in Trapped) still has the warning protagonist's relationship increase with both Fliss and Brad, despite Fliss not being present.
It is possible for Alex or Julia to be killed in Revenge even if Fliss and Brad are dead. This leads to several bugs where Brad and Fliss come back from the dead in certain scenes.

The journal refers to the fight between Joe and Charlie as a fight between 'Wilson and Anderson,' despite Joe's last name being Roberts, not Wilson. It is possible that Charlie had another fight with someone named Wilson, but this is unlikely and not reflected by any other evidence.
Hastily Written Message has "22 June - 0130" at the start of its in-game transcript despite that being nowhere on the secret itself.
The determinant "of" appears misspelled as "pf" in Cargo Ship Manual.
"Indignant" is misspelled as "Indignent" for Fliss' "You just cowered under your bed" option in Ritual.
Ghost Rumours Report has the non-American spelling of "Rumors" in its name despite having the American spelling written on the secret itself.
The subtitles for Conrad's speech are delayed at the start of Glamor Girl when he talks to himself about the pirates.
In Open Deck, if Fliss stabbed Brad and Alex is dead, the camera will still show the wall where Alex would be standing as if he were talking, and one of Fliss's dialogue options will be "No, I didn't" even though no one asked her anything.
If Brad and Fliss are dead, when Alex asks about Brad in Open Deck, Conrad says he hasn't seen them since they split up even if Brad was not present when they split up due to staying hidden on the Duke.
If Alex survives until the end, but Julia dies on the ship, he will say "I should have been with her when she died...I could have done something". This dialogue doesn't change even if the player chooses to send Alex and Julia for the generator and cause Julia's death. She will be shot in front of Alex yet he still acts like he wasn't there when Julia died.
When the rescue team shows up to save everyone at The End, they will refer to them as "a bunch of kids" even if there's only one survivor.

The state trooper doesn't take Anthony's gun when informed of it by Vince, and lets Anthony keep it while he is in the police car.

In Off Track, Andrew can refer to himself as a millennial despite being born in the early 2000s, with his true self, Anthony, being born in the early 1950s. Neither of them would generally be considered millennials.
Many lights still work in the town, despite the fact that Little Hope was officially abandoned for 47 years and the electricity had to be turned off.

With mouse and keyboard controls, indicators that the player must move their mouse are replaced by indicators for them to press a movement key, which doesn't work.
The state trooper in the main game looks identical to the state trooper standing next to Anthony at the funeral in The End.
Given the position of the bedrooms with windows in the Clarke family house, there should be 2 bathrooms with one window each. However, given the size of the spouses' bathroom, there is no window in the scene with Anne and Megan.
Outside, the Clarke family house is shown with brightly lit windows, while inside, most of the rooms are dimly lit.
When Anne tries to get out of the bathroom, smoke comes out from under the door. However, when Tanya tries to get out through the window, all the smoke is at the ceiling.

Most of the Bearings are out of order and not listed chronologically. Additionally, some Bearings add themselves twice with slightly different wording, such as John calling Mary evil in Low Point.
Black-framed Pictures play their viewing sound twice when opened from the collection screen.
Sometimes, when a protagonist gains or breaks their locked traits, the popup in the top left doesn't appear.
The timer for the first dart Taylor throws in Vince appears to be going down even though the dart QTEs are not actually timed until the second throw.
In Shared Story of Low Point, if the player controlling Daniel tries to kick the Impaled Demon, it's possible that despite the QTE being completed, Daniel will still be killed as it shows the scene of Daniel failing to kick the Impaled Demon.
Locked Traits will frequently not appear on a character's status menu and not be shown getting locked. Similarly, the animation for breaking locked traits will often be skipped.
John's relationship with Angela will increase in Ruined if John says he wants to stop Mary even if Angela is dead.
If Vince did not call the police, in Ruined the bearing updates to say "Vince told Andrew this will all be over soon" despite Vince not saying anything after calling out to the group.
Characters cannot walk through the fence gate at the start of Heavy Burden even if John did not close it due to having fallen down the hole.
If John dies outside the house in Heavy Burden, his bearing does not update.
In Full Circle, the protagonist being controlled in Curator's Cut will regain their locked traits on their character screen if they were broken. They will still survive the chapter if Mary is not executed, however.
Andrew must shoot the gun five times (and discover that the cylinder is empty on the fifth shot) in order to get the ending where he unsuccessfully tries to shoot himself. If he only shot it four times, he will still manage to shoot himself in the ending despite wasting all four bullets.
The "Our Own Demons" achievement is equivalent to "Free Spirit" and doesn't require beating both of Taylor's demons as the description implies.
In Surrounded, if Andrew has the gun and Disable QTE Combat Timer is set to off, the game does not allow the player to proceed without firing the gun at Vince.

There is an improper use of "are" instead of "is" twice at the beginning of the game:
Carson says "the family are together" in the cutscene before Darkest Dreaming.
Angela says "the college are responsible" in the Curator's Cut of Darkest Dreaming.
"Aggressive" is misspelled as "Aggresive" for Taylor's "Don't know where he went" option in Darkest Dreaming.
One of the police officers who saved Anthony, Ernie Hoffman(n), has his surname spelled Hoffman in the newspaper about the fire but Hoffmann in the commendation. It is unclear which version is correct.
In Off Track, when Andrew chooses "Defiant", the line "What's happening now is nothing like what happened back then." will be subtitled as "This is nothing like what went down here back then."
In Troubled History, upon John approaching the encased doll and being presented the option of "Let's take a proper look" or "I'm inclined to leave it be", he says "I'm inclined to leave it be" if he chooses to say nothing.
In the French version of the game, the dialogue switches to English in certain scenes. For example, when Tabitha is hung, she will speak in English while the other characters will speak in French. Also, for some dialogue, there will be no sound at all or the character’s line will be cut.
In the Russian version of the game, the Curator's line about Angela not receiving enough gossip cuts off.
In Surrounded, when Andrew sees the demon behind Vince, he says "That thing's out there, haul out! You need to move, now!", but the subtitle says "That thing's out there, you need to haul ass, like right now!"
In Surrounded, if Andrew has the gun and previously kept it hidden, then after Vince leaves, Andrew and John will argue over Andrew shooting at Vince even if Andrew didn't fire the gun.
In Full Circle, if Carver got called out, after Abraham was told by Carver to be silent, he would say "This is all his doing.". After that, Carver will say "You'll not deceive us any longer. Your true purpose is plain to see.", but there are no subtitles for this dialogue.

No barbed wire is near Merwin when he falls underground, yet he somehow becomes tangled in it.
Jason still has his knife after Underworld even if Clarice takes it from him in said chapter.
In The Raid, during the earthquake, Salim falls into the mouth of a statue. However, in Pazuzu when Salim awakens, the statue is nowhere to be seen.
If the vampire faced during The Truce attacks Nick, and Eric shoots at it to save him, Eric will still not believe in the vampires' existence if he interrogates Salim in Bloodbath.
If Eric is killed by Salim or Dar and Nick tells Rachel about it, she will automatically know which one of them killed him and confront them about it in The Horror, even if she wasn't present for the death.
All timestamps in The Horror are 0021 HRS, despite multiple minutes passing between each new timestamp.
Even if Jason does not have the stake, he always kills the vampire that drags him away in The Horror, even though he has no means to do so as his gun would not be able to kill it.
In Enemy of My Enemy, there is a door which Jason and Salim need to lift to traverse the catacombs. However, when the same door is passed by other protagonists in The Ancient One, they get past the door with ease.

Joey refers to Saddam Hussein as "Chemical Ali" despite that being the nickname of Ali Hassan al-Majid, Saddam's Defense Minister.
It is impossible for the sunlight to be streaming through the holes at the angle it is presented to with the timestamps given. This is most notable in Underworld, which takes place at 7 PM despite the sunlight indicating that the sun is directly overhead.
The archaeologists' gasoline is still usable when it should have deteriorated after 47 years.
The sun still emits the same amount of UV light during an eclipse, so the vampires should not be able to go to the surface during one.
Jason claims he didn't join the army until after 9/11, which means he became a first lieutenant in under two years. This is virtually impossible.
Visual
The body of the Akkadian guard that Balathu or Kurum can find in the catacombs' secret passage disappears after the cutscene of them finding it.
Failing certain QTEs when Balathu and Kurum fight the vampire causes their swords to float or stick to their hands.
Salim is never properly introduced with his name, rank, and traits to the player who starts as Balathu in Shared Story.
There are several possible moments where a character's gun appears to float or is incorrectly positioned in their hand.
Jason's sideburns disappear from Underworld onward.
A second rope appears in the shot where Eric is about to be pulled into the chasm in Breaking Up.
In Breaking Up, the light falls next to the chasm. However, in After the Fall, which takes place only a few minutes later, the light strikes the leg of the statue, which is far from the chasm.
If Dar has to untie Salim in The Signal, the knife he uses is invisible.
In Shared Story, whoever plays as Eric or Nick can see the door's texture they and Jason hold glitching in The Assault.

If Rachel is killed by the vampires in the finale, her body won't be on the table when Brooks and Miller look at the report, with Brooks and Miller pointing at the table instead.
If Salim's head is crushed, his body will appear in the form it appears when he is mauled or dropped from a height when Brooks and Miller see him instead.

In The Briefing, if Rachel chooses nothing when deciding whether or not to wear her wedding ring, she will put it back in the drawer but wear it for the rest of the game once she leaves her office.
Nick's relationship with Eric will increase upon telling the Iraqis to drop their weapons in The Horror, even though that scene can only happen if Eric is already dead.
In The Well, the Curator's sequence about all surviving protagonists is missing in certain playthroughs. The scene looks like the Curator talks about the situation near the fireplace and then he instantly sits in the chair, commenting Nick's possible fate.
The "Old Dog" achievement counts spear kills made by either Balathu or Kurum, rather than only those from Balathu.
Dialogue/Subtitular
If Balathu is taken by the vampire and Kurum opens the door to find two more in Cursed, it will still be Balathu's dialogue and scream playing as Kurum is attacked.
In The Raid, after Merwin makes a comment about "women's intuition", Clarice says "Yeah, you wanna find out what happens when you piss it off?", but the subtitle says "Yeah, you wanna see what happens when you piss it off?"
Nick says "You still hear Joey?" at the beginning of Slayer even if he is only accompanied by Eric, who was not present when Joey could be heard.
Nick calls Jason "Sergeant" if he says nothing when Nick talks about the girl at the checkpoint, despite Jason being a Lieutenant.
In The Truce, if Nick is injured, Salim will say the injury looks nasty and Nick will speak as though the vampires injured him even if the injury was caused by Dar.
In the Russian version of the game, the Curator's line about people taken by the abyss cuts off.
In Semper Fi, if both Eric and Nick are dead and given the choice to go and rescue Salim, Jason's response will always be him telling the others that "Salim is one of them now", even though Rachel will not have said anything prior to the choice if Salim didn't kill Eric in The Truce.
There are some moments where dialogue audio isn't properly edited and sounds unnatural, such as if Salim is interrogated by Eric without a vampire corpse for Eric to examine, or some dialogues between Brooks and Miller in The End.

According to the Morello Family Invitation, Morello agreed on October 15, 2022 (Saturday) to be picked up on a Friday. Meanwhile, based on the Hotel Guest Book secret, Morello checked in on October 19, 2022, which is actually a Wednesday.
At the beginning of Breathless in the Curator's Cut, Erin is shown pounding on the window as Kate is running into the chamber to warn her that it's a trap. However in the Theatrical Cut, Erin only turns to acknowledge Kate until after she has ran into the chamber.
According to the Chicago Killer Newspaper Cutting, Hector Munday was killed in 1990, which is impossible, because he received his psychology degree in 1988 and caught Sherman in 1997.
If Charlie loses his balance on the wooden beam in Cliffside, he falls to his death on the rocks beneath him, despite the fact that there is a large body of water below.

There are various moments where characters will still be holding their items when a cutscene starts, breaking the scene's animation or rendering what happens nonsensical.
If Marie chooses a bottle in the prologue, the Bearings will be updated, saying that Marie chose a "rose water", but the inscription on the bottle itself says that it's a bath milk.
During Guests, Erin's leather jacket disappears between shots.
In Party, the projector screen is already down when Jamie enters the room with the projector, yet interacting with the projector triggers an animation of the screen coming down from the ceiling.
During Chase, after Du'Met fell from the roof, he has his hat on. Some shots later, his hat lies on the ground.
The Curator's appearance is missing for some Charlie's deaths. He is nowhere to be seen in Waste Disposal and in Cliffside, when Charlie tries to reach the other side on the beam. The Curator also won't appear if Erin accuses Charlie in Lighthouse.
After the truck driver sees the survivors in the road, his foot is shown slamming on the accelerator rather than the brakes.
Glitches/Bugs
The Curator greets new players without save files with the line "last time no one survived", which is supposed to be triggered when they played the game before and everyone is dead in their last playthrough.
The Construction Invoice secret is meant to be the Construction Letter based on its name and description, not the letter the secret is currently assigned to.
If Jamie tries to view the Crew Notebook with her flashlight equipped, the book floats below her hand.
Dialogue/Subtitular
During Scouting, one of the objectives will tell the player to find a way to the second floor balcony, despite actually heading for the third floor balcony.
The FBI Memo's in-game description says Munday was dispatched to find the Chicago Killer in April 1998, when the secret itself says he was dispatched October 1997.
The in-game transcript for the Cure Poster marks the beginning of the two illegible words incorrectly ("c" for "or" and "cen" for "certain").
The Crew Notebook lists Erin's age as 26 instead of 24, Mark's height and weight as the same as Kate's, and Mark's medical clinic with a space missing.
Cecile Hall's name is misspelled "Cecil Hall" on the Guest Notes.
In Lighthouse, Erin will tell Mark that Kate is dead if Kate died. Later on, in Reunion, Mark will ask the same question again to Jamie about the whereabouts of Kate.
