Subject: EMPLOYMENT WARNING LETTER
Following our recent disciplinary meeting, I am writing regarding your attendance and behavior.
Management have [sic] made every effort to accommodate your difficult circumstances and recent injury by accepting your recurring absences. However, continues warnings regarding attendance, lateness and intoxication have prompted us to issue a formal written warning. Further repetition of this behavior or other misconduct within the next 12 months will result in dismissal. Ravenden expects our employees to be enthusiastic, punctual and sober.
You must acknowledge receipt of this letter. Please sign and return it to the Foreman's Office within 7 days.
