Deadly Omen is a white picture in Little Hope. It can be found by Taylor or Angela near the disused pylon. This picture appears in No Escape.

A postcard. The front page depicts a black cat sitting on pumpkins.
Premonition[]
Someone picks up a revolver from a box.
Outcome[]
The premonition can be fulfilled in Off Track. Upon finding a shack, Andrew decides to explore it in spite of suspicious sounds:
- If he completes Keep Calm segment, Andrew will be able to explore the shack where he can find a box with a revolver in it.
- If he fails Keep Calm segment, Andrew will be frightened by the cat and run away, losing the opportunity to explore the cabin and consequently find the revolver.
The gun will majorly affect the story, allowing the player to save the protagonists from their demons, as well as to kill them.

The picture can be found on the bed of a pickup truck behind the fence near the pylon where Angela and Daniel went by.
Trivia[]
- The cat in the picture is a reference to the cause of skipping the premonition.
