I die.

– Cooper's last words

Private Cooper, also known as the Radio Operator, is a minor character and subsequently a hallucinogenic appearance in The Dark Pictures Anthology's first installment, Man of Medan. He is the radio operator of the SS Ourang Medan who died aboard the ship along with the rest of the crew. He was modelled on Leonardo Patane.

Appearance[]

As a living human being, he had smooth white skin. His face was defined by a formed jawline. His hair was short and dark brown, as the color of his eyes were.

His clothes consisted of a sailor uniform, a button-down shirt and long navy blue pants, accompanied by a white sailor cap and a handkerchief with white lines and stars. His plastic shoes are black and shiny.

As a corpse, he's exactly the same, but due to the passing of the years (72 in particular) his flesh disappears completely leaving only his diverse bone cavities in sight. His clothes are more neglected and dirty and completely broken, with several torn parts. His head still contains a few hairs.
