Conrad, also known as Connie, is a supporting character in The Dark Pictures Anthology's fourth installment, The Devil in Me. He is a dog previously owned by the Morello family.
Appearance[]
Connie is a black and white American Staffordshire Terrier. He wears a black collar.
Personality[]
Given his limited role in the story, little can be gleamed about Connie's personality. However, he appears to react violently to Du'Met, growling in his presence and attacking him if he's present during the speedboat ending. This is most likely due to the fact that Connie's owners were killed by Du'Met.
However, Connie does appear open to making friends, such as when he approaches Mark and lets himself be pet if Mark shows himself to not be a threat. Connie later remembers Mark and gets on the speedboat when Mark calls out to him.
Biography[]
Connie was the pet dog of the Morello family, and traveled with them to Granthem Du'Met's island in October of 2022. At some point before Du'Met began murdering the family, Connie escaped from the hotel and started roaming around the Hotel Grounds.

Main Story[]
Act 3[]
If Charlie is alive, Connie can be seen running around and eventually scaring him. Mark will find Connie while escaping from Du'Met's workshop, and pet him.
While Kate and/or Jamie are wandering around, they find Connie instead an old house impaled with a wooden peg, and help him remove it. When Du'Met enters the house, he will start barking at him and making noise. Kate/Jamie can either leave him be or stab in the neck with a broken bottle to keep him silent, killing him in the process.
- If Du'Met finds the character(s) with Connie, he will lunge at him and scare him.
If Connie is still alive and Lake is the final chapter, he will follow the remaining protagonists to the boat, and greet Mark as he jumps onto it. After Du'Met climbs onto the boat, he will bite him in the arm before being thrown off of the boat and into the water. Connie will then be shown walking around the area that the protagonists will end up if they survive.
