– formaldehyde fixation solution introduced to subject's cardiovascular system
– fixation solution process complete (4hrs 30mins)
– subject added to acetone bath, re–examination in 24 hrs

(on back)

10/10/22
– Good progress, signs of rigidity in extremities
– Previous subject (Mr. Lewis Lee) required disposal in acid bath rigor mortis reached skin causing severe blistering resulting in unviable specimen — possibly due to subject's smaller stature expediting decomposition (185lbs vs 142lbs). Delay to fixation commencement or formaldehyde estimate level too low.

Location[]

It can be found on a table beside the body in the medical room.

Trivia[]

  • The first "formaldehyde" in the transcript is misspelled as "formadehyde", even though it's written correctly in the note itself.
    • Additionally, while the year of the dates is "22" in the transcript, it is written as "21" in the note itself.
