Cargo Ship Manual is the forty-seventh secret of Man of Medan. It can be found by Fliss in Cargo Hold 2. This secret appears in Ritual.

A book describing procedures for when dangerous chemicals are in cargo. Someone has highlighted the section about medical emergencies. There must be chemicals on board that can cause palpitations and increased heart rate.
