Alex and Julia is a romantic relationship in The Dark Pictures Anthology's first installment, Man of Medan.
Overview[]
Alex and Julia first met at university and soon began dating. They share a joyful and caring relationship and the couple can often be seen teasing and flirting with each other. However, Alex sometimes acts insecure about Julia being from a rich family and thinks that he is not worthy of her, though Julia does not pay attention to this.
At some point Alex and Julia decide to go on a diving trip, triggering the events of the game. While they do this to have a nice time after a long separation and to meet each other's siblings, Alex also uses this opportunity to propose Julia. Further unplanned events on the ghost ship reveal whether they are willing to risk themselves to save their lover or whether they are not ready for such level of relationship yet.
