Abraham Alastor is a supporting character in The Dark Pictures Anthology's second installment, Little Hope. He was a Puritan from 1692. He was voiced and motion captured by Will Poulter, who also provided his likeness. His motion capture performance was asissted by Jack Archer.
Appearance[]
Abraham's face resembles Andrew's - fair skin and freckles, green eyes and dirty blond hair. The only difference is that Abraham's hair is longer and swept back and right. He wears traditional Puritan clothing, of which the doublet is prominent.
Personality[]
Despite the fact that Abraham is active only in Act 3, he appears often enough to be able to talk about his character. Abraham appears as a responsible person, taking the role of Mary's keeper very seriously. He also has a strong sense of justice and wants to help Little Hope's society get rid of evil.
However, at the same time he is indecisive, as despite the desire to tell the court about his accusations, he does not know who to blame - Mary, despite the fact that Abraham believes that she is only a child, or Carver, despite the fact that he is a man guided by God.
Biography[]
Abraham was born in the early 1670s and was one of the many Puritans involved in the Little Hope witch trials of 1692. However, he was not accused. When Wyman appointed him as Mary's keeper, he would decide the fate of the child. Since the witch trials, his further life was unknown, but he would die in 1699.

Act 2[]
Abraham briefly appears at Tabitha's execution. While at David's execution, Carver tells Mary that Abraham will become her new keeper, much to his displeasure as well.
Act 3[]
Abraham is seen visiting Joseph, who asks him for advice, as he suspects Mary of these courts, confirming that he saw her smile during her sister's death, but cannot leave as her keeper. Joseph advises him to disclose his suspicions to the court and he will support him. After the dialogue, Abraham turns to Andrew and Daniel/John, believing that he is bewitched. Having told them that he can't decide what to say to the court, the guys try to convince him to talk about Mary or Carver.
Abraham again asks the guys for help, this time at the courthouse, as he is still not sure what to say to the judge. Having made a decision, Abraham begins to talk about his suspicions to Wyman, but does not have time as his time is up.
Abraham appears at the courthouse for the last time when Mary is accused of witchcraft. He stands up for her and asks for guidance from Andrew, in which he will expose Carver, accuse Mary, or accuse the poppet.
